New entry to center courtyard

Jason led an effort to make a new bump-less transition from the south parking lot near the south Cora Drive gate to the center courtyard. The latter area, focused on the old swimming pool, is slated to become a dashing new community center when funds become available. It is envisioned to store close to 40K gallons (151K liters) of heated rainwater under a glass floor to help heat the space year round. In addition it will have a massive solar array, and possibly some low profile wind turbans on its solar/wind roof deck. It will be the highest point in the neighborhood giving good views of the surrounding neighborhood.

This will allow us to finally consolidate and tune up the recycling center across from the garages.
